Ektip practical technology education-এর জন্য original articles, Missions, Guides, learning structures, graphics এবং অন্যান্য materials প্রকাশ করে। একই সঙ্গে educational explanation-এর প্রয়োজনে third-party software, websites, interfaces, screenshots, product names, trademarks বা reference materials উল্লেখ করা হতে পারে।
আমরা অন্যের copyrighted work অনুমতি ছাড়া এমনভাবে ব্যবহার করার উদ্দেশ্য রাখি না যা applicable copyright law লঙ্ঘন করে। কোনো legitimate copyright concern সম্পর্কে জানানো হলে আমরা বিষয়টি review করার চেষ্টা করব এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নেব।
🔓 Ektip-এর নিজস্ব Content
অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকলে Ektip.com-এর original written content, Mission materials, learning structures, graphics, brand elements, logo, visual design এবং অন্যান্য original materials Ektip বা সংশ্লিষ্ট rights holder-এর intellectual property হতে পারে।
Personal learning ও legitimate reference-এর জন্য আমাদের content ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। তবে অনুমতি ছাড়া substantial content copy, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, scrape বা নিজের original content হিসেবে প্রকাশ করা যাবে না, যদি applicable law অন্যভাবে অনুমতি না দেয়।
Ektip-এর content reference করলে যথাযথ attribution ও original source link দেওয়া উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
📍 Third-Party Material
Ektip-এর tutorials ও educational content-এ Microsoft, Google, WordPress, YouTube, Canva, software applications, websites বা অন্যান্য third-party products ও services-এর names, screenshots, interface elements, trademarks বা references দেখা যেতে পারে।
এসব third-party materials-এর ownership সংশ্লিষ্ট rights holder-এর। কোনো third-party brand বা trademark-এর উল্লেখ নিজে থেকে sponsorship, partnership, affiliation বা endorsement নির্দেশ করে না।
⚠️ Copyright Complaint কীভাবে করবেন?
আপনি যদি copyright owner হন বা copyright owner-এর পক্ষে কাজ করার বৈধ authority থাকে এবং বিশ্বাস করেন যে Ektip-এ থাকা কোনো material আপনার copyrighted work লঙ্ঘন করছে, তাহলে আমাদের লিখিত notice পাঠাতে পারেন।
আপনার notice-এ সম্ভব হলে নিচের তথ্য দিন:
✓ Copyright owner বা authorized representative-এর নাম ও contact information।
✓ যে copyrighted work লঙ্ঘিত হয়েছে বলে দাবি করছেন তার পরিষ্কার description।
✓ Ektip-এর যে material নিয়ে অভিযোগ, তার exact URL বা যথেষ্ট নির্দিষ্ট location।
✓ কেন materialটি আপনার copyright লঙ্ঘন করছে তার সংক্ষিপ্ত explanation।
✓ আপনার দাবি good-faith belief-এর ভিত্তিতে করা হয়েছে—এমন statement।
✓ Notice-এ দেওয়া তথ্য আপনার জ্ঞান অনুযায়ী accurate—এমন statement।
✓ আপনার physical বা electronic signature, যেখানে applicable।

🎮 Notice পাওয়ার পর কী হতে পারে?
একটি sufficiently detailed copyright complaint পাওয়ার পর আমরা available information review করতে পারি। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অভিযোগকারী বা সংশ্লিষ্ট party-এর কাছে additional information চাইতে পারি।
পরিস্থিতি ও applicable law অনুযায়ী disputed content remove, disable, modify, restrict বা restore করার মতো উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে। Complaint পাঠানো মানেই automatic removal নিশ্চিত নয়; প্রতিটি request তার নিজস্ব তথ্য ও circumstances অনুযায়ী বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।
🔓 Counter-Notice
কোনো material copyright complaint-এর কারণে remove বা restrict করা হলে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট content provider বিশ্বাস করেন যে removal ভুল, misidentification বা অন্য কোনো বৈধ কারণে হয়েছে, তাহলে applicable law অনুযায়ী counter-notice পাঠানোর সুযোগ থাকতে পারে।
Counter-notice-এ সাধারণত নিচের তথ্যগুলো প্রয়োজন হতে পারে:
✓ আপনার নাম ও contact information।
✓ যে material remove বা disable হয়েছে তার identification ও previous location।
✓ Removal ভুল বা misidentification-এর কারণে হয়েছে বলে good-faith statement।
✓ Applicable jurisdiction বা legal process সম্পর্কিত প্রয়োজনীয় statement, যেখানে আইন অনুযায়ী দরকার।
✓ Physical বা electronic signature, যেখানে applicable।
Counter-notice দেওয়ার আগে প্রয়োজন হলে qualified legal professional-এর পরামর্শ নেওয়া উচিত।
⚠️ ভুল বা Misleading Copyright Claim
Copyright complaint একটি serious legal process হতে পারে। তাই কোনো material সম্পর্কে complaint করার আগে নিশ্চিত হওয়া উচিত যে আপনার claim-এর যথেষ্ট ভিত্তি আছে এবং আপনি relevant rights বা authorization ধারণ করেন।
Knowingly false, misleading বা abusive copyright notice applicable law অনুযায়ী legal consequence তৈরি করতে পারে। Fair use, fair dealing, license, permission বা অন্য applicable exception থাকতে পারে কি না সেটিও বিবেচনা করা উচিত।
🎯 Repeat Copyright Infringement
Applicable circumstances-এ Ektip repeated or serious copyright infringement-এর সঙ্গে যুক্ত user access, submitted material বা related activity restrict বা terminate করার মতো appropriate action নিতে পারে।
💡 Trademark ও অন্যান্য Intellectual Property
আপনার concern copyright নয়, বরং trademark, brand impersonation বা অন্য intellectual property right সম্পর্কিত হলে একই email-এ বিস্তারিত তথ্য, relevant URLs এবং supporting evidence পাঠাতে পারেন।
আমরা যথাসম্ভব legitimate intellectual property concerns review করার চেষ্টা করব, তবে complex ownership dispute বা legal determination-এর ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট parties-কে appropriate legal process অনুসরণ করতে হতে পারে।

এই page copyright complaint গ্রহণ ও পরিচালনার জন্য Ektip-এর সাধারণ policy ব্যাখ্যা করে। এটি কোনো ব্যক্তিকে legal advice প্রদান করে না।
“DMCA” terminology ব্যবহার করা হলেও, এই page নিজে থেকে Ektip বা কোনো individual-কে United States Copyright Office-এর registered Designated Agent বা কোনো নির্দিষ্ট statutory safe-harbor status প্রদান করে না।
💡 Policy পরিবর্তন
Ektip-এর content practices, services বা applicable requirements পরিবর্তিত হলে এই Copyright & DMCA Policy update করা হতে পারে। Updated version এই page-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী “Last Updated” date পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
